Questions answered
Help & FAQ.
Useful information about personalisation, proofs, production, delivery and returns.
How does personalisation work?
Choose a laser product, add any initial notes, then provide full instructions and reference files at checkout. I will contact you before production if anything is unclear.
What qualifies for the 2 for £20 offer?
Products marked “2 for £20” can be mixed in any combination. The basket automatically forms qualifying pairs and applies the discount. Unpaired items stay at their normal price.
Can I see a proof first?
Yes. Request a proof at checkout. Production will wait until you approve the layout, although this can add time to the order.
What image files work best?
Clear, high-resolution images with strong contrast are best for engraving. Vector artwork is ideal for logos. You can attach JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG or PDF files.
Who fulfils clothing and mugs?
Products shown inside design collections are produced and dispatched by an external print partner. The product page will link to that partner and clearly show its delivery and returns terms.
Can personalised products be returned?
Personalised products normally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly made or misdescribed items remain covered by your statutory rights. See the Delivery & Returns policy for full details.
How long will an order take?
Most workshop products are dispatched within 5–10 working days. The estimate shown on each product page is the best guide; requested proofs, complex artwork and busy periods can add time.
How can I contact you?
